How to track the person who changes the record

Hello,

I have a table filled with records which gets updated every 15 minutes for the whole workflow process automation. When the triggered pipeline were not in place, it used to correctly document the user in Last Modified field. But with the triggered pipelines, it is just putting my name always as Last Modified. Can someone please provide a solution regarding this.

    If editing by humans is being done in forms, you can create a new field called [Employee who Last Modified] and have that populated by a form rule.   You will not be able to retain a record of who modified the record in the field last modified by as that is a built-in field but you can create your own field to track it that way.
