How to Use App Variable On App Home Page In Button URL

I have a home page in which I have a button. This button has some URL which is app id of different app. I want this app id should pick dynamically using App Variable. Thanks, Abhishek ---...

The buttons do not support formuals.  They are fixed.  The work around is to create a helper table with just one record and one field on it, as fields support formulas.  Then put that report on the dashboard and tryu to squish it between other Dashboard widgets so it stays skinny.
