- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainYou do not need a relationship to create a Report Link field. Just create a new field of type Report Link and configure its field properties to match in the common fields in each table.

- DevinDevinQrew CadetThank you QuickBaseCoach, but how do I make sure it is an embedded report rather than a link. Normally when creating a relationship between a parent and child tables, an embedded report and 'add new record' button are automatically added to the parent table. This did not occur when relating across two applications. Any suggestions/advice?
- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainDid you make a report link field type field after reading my McDonalds analogy in the link to a similar question?
Did you put it on the form?
Did you set the field properties to display the records on the form as opposed to just a link..
Im not sure where you got stuck in the steps.
