Never mind. Thank you and I figured it out. Just in case anyone else runs into this, the answer it to add .html to the end of the page name. So go to settings-> Go to Pages-> Click New Page-> select Code Page-> and in the "Page Name:" box name it a word that ends in .html. Like TestCodePage.html Nothing on the screen tells you to do this!
