I am unable to figure out how to enter data on one form that saves to 4 tables.

I am unable to figure out how to enter data on one form that saves to 4 tables. This is necessary since all of the information is unique, except of course, the keys between the tables.

    Have you explored using automations to copy the record over once it is saved?

    From my experience and with native QB you can only do this grid editing reports from let's say the grandparent or master table.  Unless you build a code page maybe?
