I am wondering if there is a way to archive prior year records or move them to another table?

We have reached the maximum number of records in our existing table (max size 10,000) and it will no longer show all records.  We have to filter to find what we are now looking for.  I am wondering if there is a way to archive prior year records or move them to another table?

    I suggest that you post a new question explaining your situation.  There is not a 10,000 record in table size.  Marsha was probably referring to the default behaviour of the Table Home page, which can be remedied by changing the Table Home page to a report, such as the List All Report,  as opposed to the default report.
