If you are having an issue with finding some data in your application or possibly deleted in your application and are looking for help you would want to reach out via a support case to the Quick Base Care Team. You can do this when signed into Quick Base by clicking on the question mark icon that appears in the upper right hand corner and selecting Manage Support Cases. This will take you to the Case Manager to allow you to submit a case. Alternatively you can submit a case by

If others are able to see the data most likely it still exists and hasn't been deleted, it sounds like something has caused it to move off of your reports and visibility possibly due to a change to the record or your permissions in your view. The Quick Base team can help with that if you are an Admin in the app or help direct you to your application admin if you are not and it seems to be the case that the data is simply hidden from view. When you create the case you would want to let them know which application this is happening in and they will most likely need to do a phone screen or get application access to help identify the data in question.
