Before you cancel your QuickBase service, export any data from your QuickBase applications that you want to keep. All of the applications and data in your billing account are deleted when you cancel your account. The following KB article explains how to export data:

Once you have exported your data, please follow the below steps to cancel the service.

1. If you haven't already, sign in to QuickBase.
2. On the left side of the My QuickBase page, click Manage your billing account.
3. On the Summary tab, click Cancel Service.
4. Click Yes on the Cancel Service page to create a customer service Cancellation Request.
5. Complete the Cancellation Request page and click Submit Cancellation Request.

A customer service representative will contact you to complete the cancellation.
