I need to find blocks of dates between multiple start and end dates entries.

Is there a way to find blocks of "non-interrupted" dates if I have a table with multiple assignments?
Below I paste the example. Each assignment has start and end date and person assigned. I would like to find blocks of dates when the assignment was not interrupted by other assignment for other person and create one row for each of this block (Column "Wanted" on the screenshot).
