iCal Replacement

since iCal is being retired, I am trying to find an alternative solution to giving users the option to save a calendar event from an email report. I don't want a pipeline that automatically saves an event to Outlook, since our users may be using other systems, which is why iCal was the best option for us. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
