If then formula help..

I'm working on a formula for the following:

If Booking Agent is Kelly [text field], then Kelly's Split [percentage] is 75% and YTC's Split [percentage field] is 25%. 

So, I'm trying to get the percentage fields to prepopulate when Kelly is the Booking Agent. Is that possible?

    If the booking agent is selected while editing a record, you can use a dynamic form rule to accomplish this. 

    If done in grid edit, you would need to use a pipeline.

    If the splits are ALWAYS determined the same way, you could use a formula-numeric field to generate the percentages. Which way sounds like the right one for your use case?
