I'm looking for a Quick Base Admin in the Philippines

I'm looking for a Quick Base Admin who can work part-time or full-time (potentially) for a Project Management Office. Job is pretty straightforward, create a QB App for projects. Nothing too complicataed, just a bunch of tables, reportoing pages and database.
