Can you give me a bit more detail on what sort of functionality you would want in an application for the manufactured home company? Are you looking for an application that is more Project Management based or are you looking for something to help manage orders? We do have the Quick Base Exchange that hosts a number of example applications and rough templates. From there they often need to be adjusted to fit your specific needs. Is there a particular set up or functionality you are looking for?
