Importing Data to Many-to-Many Relationships (populating related fields in join tables)

I have two tables - Individuals and Organizations. They are in a many-to-many relationship through a join table. This seems to work well. But I would like to upload my existing datasets to these...

But do you need to load is both ways? 

In your screen shot is that the same data just presented differently or are those actually two unrelated data sets that you need to import.
