importing gmail into quickbase

hi i tried to import emails into quickbase, and this error came up

what should i do?  I just followed the instruction online. New table - using connected data - dragged fields that i need - import. what am i missing?

The error was: The source data includes non-unique key values, the column value(s) from the source query that correspond to the destination key column(s) must be unique.
