in a customer name not show the # of records

I have a table called Inventory Adjustments. Each record is called an Inventory Adjustment. In this table I have a field called "Product Name" and when I run a report sorted and grouped by Product Name - it displays something like this: All Terrain Yoga  (1 Inventory Adjustment). I only wish to see "All Terrain Yoga" on the report and not the "(1 inventory Adjustment). How can I make his happen?
