Thanks, Mark. Our exiting First and Last Name fields are used so frequently throughout Quickbase, that I am reluctant to incorporate new name fields. I haven't created a Pipeline yet, but it appears to function similar to Zapier. Hoping to get one set up soon.

OK, so consider a Pipeline first, I suppose. Imports Zapier records into the Full Name field. Create two formula Fields to Parse out the Zapier First Name and Zapier Last name.
Then a simple pipeline that says when a record is Added and the Zapier Full Name field is populated and the first name and last name fields are empty then to copy those Zapier Parsing formula fields into the first and last name fields, respectively.
