'INTERNAL ERROR' message

Good afternoon all...

In the past 2 days, our users keep getting popups 'Internal Error'.  (image attached)

There seems to be no common thread. Sometimes the messages come up and sometimes they dont, but it seems to be getting worse.

Nothing has been altered in the app.

Any thoughts appreciated (case open but being Sunday in Australia and no weekend support) i thought reaching out here may help.,

    Can you provide more specifics about where this is being experienced? Are they getting it via the app or desktop experience? Do you have any custom code pages or other items unique to your application that might be having issues?
