Is anyone else having issues with importing data?

I've been with quickbase for almost 20 years.  Never once have I had an issue with importing data into an existing database or one I just created.  Now, since last week, importing just 9 fields from a simple MS Excel CSV, it imports into just 2 fields instead of 9.  This isn't even slightly complicated; just 9 simple fields.  I recreated the database and the spreadsheet into different formats several times and still it ends up this way.

I provided support access to the database last week, Friday and have not heard back from them since.  This is a new client's database my company needs now and I'm lost on what to do.

    I opened a support ticket five days ago. Initially, a support staff member requested that I provide access to the database I had an issue with; which I did. That was also five days ago. Since then, the only emails or notifications I have received are that someone else will be helping me and nothing else; nothing about solving this issue.
