Sure. When you create a report then, choose the Grid Edit type report and select the columns and save it.

No Relationships with any table and size field type multiple choice in that drop down i gave s,l,m,year field type multiple choice in that drop down  i gave 2009,2011,2012,2013 ,2014,2015,2016,2017
