- MCFNeilQrew CaptainI'll be honest, most people don't want to go from a dynamic live database to a one dimensional spreadsheet.
May I ask what this is for?- RobertScaliseQrew CadetI have the same need. The reason is I have 50 users who need read access to this data. I don't see value in paying for a license for users who need read access to only one table. This is data I do not want to expose via the'Everyone on the Internet' role either.
- MCFNeilQrew CaptainCheck this video out. It is for an Access Portal that allows limited access to QB data without a User license.

- DanPark1Qrew CadetI agree and understand what you're saying, however I have specific reasons for this.
Thanks for the documentation. - QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainI suppose a reason would be to give viewer access to data without each user having a userid license.
