is it possible to have logged entry text field in a child table form?

I have a table to table relationship with Patients<PhoneCalls.  Each time we add a phone call, a form opens.  I would like to be able to see comments entered on previous phone calls on the current for...

Thank you for your response.  I did as directed.  This does give a link to the report and previous responses can be viewed there.  It is not exactly what I was hoping to do, but maybe this is all that is possible.   I was hoping to be able to see previous entries in the field itself.
