Is it possible to make a SINGLE URL field that displays TWO buttons that each have different action?

I think that I know how to do this is the action is just like a simple edit to a single record or to add a record and then refresh to a specific hard coded report.

It gets more complicated if the button needs to refresh the page regardless of the page.
