Is there a way to create a report based on distance from an address?

The name of my business is Haversine Consulting and haversine is a little known trig function used to calculate the distance between two points on a sphere:

I have the same question basically. I have a customer and I need to find other customers within a certain distance from that customer. Another question, is there any way to have that address field use the zip+4 when it does the lookup?
