Did you try just making a multiple choice field with the the values taken from that field. It will only offer unique choices. So this is NOT going to be a relationship, try a simple multiple choice field from another field.

    I tried but, it works well if I add a record. I want to show this field on a custom HTML form to show the value.

    or what I am planning to do, Is there a way to show the value of the dynamic filter on the HTML page? like If I have a report and I have added some dynamic filters to it.

    I'm not sure how to do that in non native Quick Base.
