Hi Frank,
Thanks for being part of the QuickBase Community! My name's Sam, from QuickBase Customer Care.
We understand that proper and timely support is important to all of our customers. At present, IE11 is not a supported browser. We understand that Microsoft is forcing the upgrade with Windows Updates and we are moving as quickly as we can to fully support this new browser update.
While we are not currently supporting the browser, we are continuing to provide client issues to our engineers so that they can better understand the breadth of the issues and adjust their testing accordingly. In the interim, we have had a number of customers that have utilized the IE10 Compatibility View in IE11 with great success. Instructions for using this feature are as follows:
1) From inside Internet Explorer, tap or click the Tools button, and then tap or click Compatibility View settings. 2) Under Add this website, enter [customer's URL], and then tap or click Add.
As soon as IE11 is a supported browser, we will communicate this to our customers.
If you'd like to open a support case, we can add this issue with pop up windows to our IE 11 bug tracking and make sure we address it in an upcoming release. You can create a support case by logging into QuickBase, then clicking on Help in the upper right, then clicking Manage Support Cases.
Have a great day,
Sam Jones QuickBase Customer Care
