Issue with SharePoint pipeline

Hello,

I'm trying to connect our QB app to our team's SharePoint, but every time I try to connect it says "remote API returned authentication error: access token is empty."

It doesn't take me to another page to log in to SharePoint or anything. What am I doing wrong?
