Hi Drew,
After your first time going through the User Voice feedback tab you should later be able to return to the URL of https://quickbase.uservoice.com/forums/111823-quickbase-product-feedback
It would just require you to sign in if you aren't signed into Quick Base as that is linked up to your Quick Base credentials. One thing that might help if you are running into the login issues on that page still is to quickly try a password reset and see if that helps to resolve the issue.

- AlexCertificati7 years agoQrew CadetI have run into problems with this. I had to reset my QB password (to 'reset' it to the same as it was before) last week in order to access UV despite having used it before.
