While the JINJA expert reply , you can solve this problem with formula and arrive at two field for date and time
To arrive at your date perfectly you can use Date Function , for time TimeofDay function
var text a = "2022-06-24T11:26:27-04:00";
Part($a,1,"T")
Part($a,2,"T")
