Advantage Integrated Solutions is seeking a full time Sales Professional to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

Who we are: You will be one of the early members of an internal startup, which we intend to spin out as a separate company within the next year. Our primary product is the Form Engine, a patent-pending product, that is in the e-signature (DocuSign) and e-form builder (Formstack) space, but with unique features targeting different, large new markets.

Advantage is a Quickbase and ServiceNow partner. The Form Engine is a cloud-based add-on to these and soon-to-be other cloud platforms, sold as an annual subscription.  It may be sold with or without consulting/development services. It can also be embedded into other software providing additional market opportunities. 

This position will be selling the Form Engine, with team support, to end-user businesses, potentially resellers and others.  Leads will come from our marketing and our existing customer base. We also partner with Quickbase, working closely with their AEs to ID Form Engine needs of their existing and potential customers. Participating, including presenting, in industry conferences will also be a strong source of leads. This role 2/3 inbound 1/3 outbound sales.

This position requires a driven, professional, reliable team member who can share our passion for modernizing businesses in the areas that our Form Engine uniquely solves for.

Account Executive Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Form Engine, sometimes with Quickbase and consulting/enablement/development services, to new customers and extend sales to new areas with existing customers.
  • Develop practical knowledge of QuickBase and the Form Engine so as to be effective consultant to clients on solving their business needs and modernizing their business with our tools/solutions.
  • Define customer requirements and work closely with Solution Consultants and other team members who develop and implement solutions for clients.
  • Work with team members in scoping, estimating, and proposing subscriptions and solutions.
  • Help identify new use cases for the Form Engine and Form Engine-based solutions; help develop demos, presentations, other sales assets.
  • Build relationships with key contacts and decisionmakers in customers, for business development and client satisfaction.
  • Participate and, potentially, present in industry conferences.


Characteristics Desired:

  • A balance of sales, business and technical skills with the ability to quickly understand a client's business, their applicable use cases and then design and deliver solutions.
  • Experience and proficiency at consultative sales to a range of businesses in size and industry, including enterprise.
  • Effective, supportive communication with management, peers and clients
  • Internal drive and ability to work unsupervised; strong initiative and work ethic with a passion for helping clients achieve better business solutions

  • Flexibility and confidence in ambiguous situations
  • Desire to help grow a dynamic startup business, that is grounded by its established sister and supporting company, Advantage.


Business & Technical Skills Preferred:

  • Consultative sales, client relationship management
  • Some fluency in business process and workflow design
  • Business, functional and technical requirements gathering
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time independently; able to set and meet timelines/deadlines
  • General business software proficiency (ex. Excel, possibly database).


Nice to Have Skills

  • QuickBase, ServiceNow or other cloud-based SaaS/PaaS (Software/Platform as a Service) tools
  • Any database or other software app development experience
