Advantage Integrated Solutions is seeking a full-time experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our fully remote team headquartered in Denver, Colorado. This position requires a driven, focused, reliable team member who is eager to learn and share our passion for cloud-based software business solutions. As a senior solution consultant, you will lead client-facing projects that include gathering and analyzing client business needs and requirements, then designing and building custom cloud database applications to solve for those requirements.

Solution Consultant Job Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in building applications in QuickBase and the Form Engine product.
- Use strong business acumen and analytical skills to understand client business processes and workflows.
- Be a consultative expert to clients solving their business needs.
- Translate requirements into architecture and combinations of functionality that provide optimal solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance and cost options.
- Build new app solutions. Optimize and add additional functionality to existing apps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill while engaging with clients, team members and others.
- Scope, estimate, propose, develop, deploy and support solutions.
- Engage in and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying in budget.
- Develop product and support documentation

Business & Technical Skills Preferred:
- Quickbase
- Data analysis, data modeling, relational database design (PHP My Admin, MySQL Workbench)
- Experience in consulting, software or business
- Project management methodologies, software development lifecycle, client relationship management

- Business, functional and technical requirements gathering
- QuickBase, ServiceNow or other cloud-based SaaS/PaaS (Software/Platform as a Service) tools
- Business process and workflow design and documentation
- Prioritize tasks and manage time independently; able to set and meet timelines/deadlines
