I was thinking there was something wrong with the body.
You are testing the body with actual values in there from putsreq, not the {{a.customer_full_name}} placeholders right?

I use zapier for some functions, so here is an example of one of mine:

------------------------------ - You don't need the authorization headers to send to a Zapier endpoint. Try removing that and leave it blank.

------------------------------ - Nope, you do not need a token for sending to a Zapier endpoint. That might be the problem here, you are sending along headers it doesn't expect.

------------------------------That looks good now! Status code: 200 means 'success'.
Now, you go to your zap in Zapier and inspect the test data and build out the rest of your automation.
