Key field not updating existing records

What is your key field? Are you including that field in your upload?

I am using this as a key field (Agent ID"Date") and I named it Identifier. It is the same on both spreadsheets for the upload.

Does your field name actually have Quotes in the name? Maybe rename the field not to have quotes and rename the column heading in the upload.

  The field name is Identifier. The Agent ID"Date" (A123456"03/10/2022") is what goes in the field.

    When the data is actually imported, what is ending up in the key field?
    
    My guess is that the quotes in the data are confusing the import.
