Hey Mark,
I have this exact subscription setup to go out on the 25th day of the month that sends a report filtered by current user, regarding their last months submissions. I've confirmed with a couple individuals, who have records on this report regularly, that they are not getting the subscription report. I only learned this after I didn't receive it myself.
I have the blank report box unchecked so that users who don't have data on the report don't get an email. Not sure if this is messing with the report sending at all. My only thought is that since some users wouldn't have records on this report, no one is getting it as a result even if they have records on it.
Details:
- Report is filtered by a Username QB = Current User
- Username QB is not a column on the report. This shouldn't be an issue to my knowledge, but included it in case it is for some reason I'm unaware of.

3 years agoThe first thing to do is do a Test as User for a user who should have records on the report to see if the report has records on it.

- Curtis_M3 years agoQrew CadetThanks, Mark. That was the first thing I did. I just checked again to be sure and confirmed there are records on the report for specific users. One of which I know is not getting the subscription report email. When I myself had records on the report, I also didn't receive the subscription report email when I should have.

I would just delete the old subscription and create a new one from scratch. I have seen it happen where a subscription doesn't work and rebuilding it fixes it. Don't copy the subscription, rebuild it from scratch.

------------------------------- Curtis_M3 years agoQrew CadetI rebuilt it from scratch on Friday and had it run over Friday night/Saturday morning. Got confirmation from one of my users this morning that an email was not sent. Any other thoughts besides a care ticket?
