If you're using the webhooks tool in the table settings, it won't launch a window when it sends the webhook, it just sends to whatever endpoint you have designated. This action is invisible to the form user.

Is there a way to do it with a button, or is it just a checkbox that is on when the record is saved?
If it requires the record to be saved to get the webhook to fire, I can just trigger the pipeline based on the record being updated.

You can make a URL formula button to edit the record toggle a checkbox opposite to what it is, and then display the record.
ie an EDIT does not have to be on a form with a "save button", it can be edited by a button in view mode.
