Limited One Record Per Person
I have a survey form that will be accessed via link. How do I make sure one person is only able to submit one survey?

- If they are entering their email, you can make that a 'unique' field, thus no duplicate emails can be used.
(Or any other unique identifier)- Thank you. Is there a way to limit by IP address?
- The higher plan level of Quick Base, "Platform" lets you limit access to the Realm by IP address.
- How do I know which plan we have?
- Are the people entering the Survey QB Users? or are you using 'everyone on the internet'?
- They will be everyone in the internet
- Then you will need to collect some unique identifier.
Email is usually the best option.
Or you can have a combination of fields be unique.
