Limiting Dashes or Spaces When Entering SSN on Form

Hello, 

I'm looking for a solution that would prevent Users from using "-" or, spaces and making sure they enter 9 digits consecutively in the SSN field. 

000-00-0000 = Incorrect
0000000000 = Incorrect
00000000 = Incorrect
000000000 = Correct (9 digits in length, no spaces or dashes)

Update: I added formula checkbox as a flag and used the flag inside of a custom data rule to accomplish this. Worked great!
