------------------------------- Sorry for posting a reply for each screen shot... I had the answer all typed and lost it when I tried to add the first screen shot.
The report shows the 2 fields with the 'list'. Plant identification has a list that I created by putting list items on separate lines and a '-'; so not a RTF list.
Pant question has the actual RTF list created by putting the list items in, selecting them and then clicking the unnumbered list from the RTF. The list displays in the report but not on the form. Adding in a blank line before the list did not appear to make a difference.

------------------------------- I have a text field Lookup that I use for look up and is the only field in the Default Record Picker.
I have a RTF field Value that I display on the form to give the user additional information on the Lookup field topic.
If the RTF has a list, the list and any text below it does not display on the form.
If the RTF has all text with a 'list' that I make by just putting '-' in the front of each line, the entire contents of the RTF display.
