Locating an HTML file that's used to print a letter

The previous developer created an HTML page that populates record values and creates a printable offer letter. I can't locate the page to edit it. A URL formula is used to generate the letter. Wher...

I believe that you would go to the Home Page, then Settings (gear), then Pages.
