MailChimp - Pipelines: how to pull open and click data into Quick Base

I'd like to bring in our open/click data from MailChimp to Quick Base so we can see which contacts are more actively responding to our email campaigns. (We are using Quick Base as our main CRM platform.) I am a bit lost in Pipelines and couldn't determine if this is possible, and if so, how I would go about it. Has anyone tried doing this?
Right now my data is pretty basic - I have check boxes in Quick Base for contacts who have clicked or opened and email campaign in 2020 or in prior years. (Data for prior years has already been entered, painstakingly manually.) I'd like to be able to query MailChimp and update that field in QuickBase. We send monthly email campaigns.
I may one day want to have a more granular view and bring in data by campaign so I could see which email campaigns each contact opened or clicked, but unless it's somehow easier to bring all that info into Quick Base, I'll stick with updating the check mark.
I expected there would be some way to match contact records by the email address, but I wasn't even able to get that far. Any references on how to go about this would be much appreciated.
