Map Report and Formula Address

Does anyone know of a way to create a formula address field that can be recognized and used as an address for the Map Report?

I pull customer data from a portal and there are fields for city, state and country and I would love to be able to map the records, but can't find a way to use these fields in a manner that a Map Report will recognize.

I know that I can use the address field's subfield titles in the spreadsheet before import and the data will populate the subfields, but I have >16,500 records and I was hoping to find a workaround rather than having to export all records 5,000 at a time.

I am surprised there is not a formula address field for situations like this; seems like it would be easy enough to create.

Any suggestions? 
  • Since strangely, there is no address formula field. I suggest making a saved table to table import to populate the address fields and then a button to run it when new addresses are imported. Ie Import the Record is to itself and map fields into the address fields, although I�m not understanding why you can�t do that initially when you pull address in from the Portal.
