Mobile App Help Field Text non existent

We have a form with multiple help field texts but they do not show up on the mobile app. Is there a way to get the help field texts to show up on mobile?
If not, is there a creative work around?  At this point, it seems the easiest but most tedious solution is to add a text field before each item or use Alternate Label on the form for each item, so any other suggestions or tips would be great.
