Mobile Rich Text Height

Does anyone know if there is a setting to enforce the height of a rich-text element on the view mobile form? I have a use case to display a rich-text table displaying children data - but the element actual form element on mobile is small and auto-scrolls for a larger list, but only when in View.

The goal is to have the element stretch without the y-scroll enabled in both settings..
