Mobile User Interface Editing

Question

Is there a way to edit the way apps appear in their mobile form? A lot of the uses of one of my apps is on iPad and I can't figure out how to edit the layout.

In the Settings for the app under Advanced SettingsDefault View:&nbsp;
Auto
&nbsp;
Desktop
&nbsp;
Mobile
