Modifying multiple records at once

Is there a way to select all records (more than 1,000) in a grid edit so that change one field in all at once.  I saw the CNTL V but I can only select records that I can drag and highlight which is o...

Suggestions 

  1. Fewer columns will give you more Rows.
  2. If the fields to be change have the same value, you can use the find and replace option in thr "more" or three dots menu on a table report.
