MS Teams link to Quickbase

I am trying to find if there is a way to connect MS Teams to Quickbase. We track our time in QB and my goal is to have a one click button that will open up a QB form to populate time from MS Teams meetings from MS Teams. I have been seeing some people suggest App Studio and the QB API, but I wanted to see if anyone else had any suggestions for connecting the two before I went down the rabbit hole. Thanks so much!
