Multiple Choice using Multiple Field Values of Parent Table

In the Parent Table, I have fields A, B, C, D, E, and F. In the Child Table, I want to have a multiple choice field that pulls the values from those fields, so it would read like this:
Options -
     A - value
     B - value
     C - value
     D - value
     E - value
     F - value

If more information is needed i can provide the specific use case, but it'll take time to explain. Basically, the user will make a child record at some point that will need to reference the data from those fields in order to fill out the form, so if he can just assign the information to a specific option then - perfect.
