Need a way to drag bars in time.

Need a way to select and drag the bars on a timeline project report .  I see several partners offering Gantt chart functionality with this ability to move task bars along with their dependent task but it does not appear any of the ones listed still provide a plug-ins for this. Any one aware of someone offering gantt functionality or know how one would go about building it? Thanks.
