Need an Average, but it's counting NULLS as a zero

I need an average of the # of FT column.  Because of the schema, it's counting nulls, thus essentially cutting the average in "half".  I KNOW this can be fixed, I am just struggling.  Might be becaus...

I swear, there is something very eye-opening about posting in this forum.  I posted it and the lightbulb went off.  The field setting to count blanks as "0" was checked.  Why, I have no idea.  Maybe that's the default.  But, unchecking it solved the problem.  Sorry for clogging up the forum.  I will try and be better.
