Need to block app access from specific IP address.

I need to block access to an app from one specific IP address. I can't change the user's access status to "Denied" because they still need to have access from a different location.

Also, I saw that it's possible to create a whitelist of IPs so that people can only access the app from one of those IPs, but in our case we just want to block one specific IP.

Is there a way of doing that?
